Stephanie Feuer

Stephanie Feuer, a Co-Founder of the World Taste & Smell Association, currently holds the position of Executive Director. Her personal journey with anosmia began in 2017 when a viral infection led to the loss of her sense of smell.

Stephanie is a writer and marketing executive. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, The Daily News, The Boston Herald, Slate, NBC News THINK, Smithsonian Magazine, Narratively, and numerous other outlets and anthologies. She is the author of DRAWING AMANDA (HipsoMedia, 2014), a novel for young adults.

For 16 years she was a marketing executive at The New York Times Company at the newspaper and WQXR/WQEW radio stations. She has also managed communications for Scholastic, BusinessWeek Magazine, and several healthcare startups.

Stephanie started her career as a disc jockey and radio news reporter. She earned her B.A. in Sociology and Government from Kirkland College and her M.S. from Boston University School of Communication.
